Enquiry
Most people who reach this page were sent by someone. If so, say who.
Write a short note covering three things: who you are, what has brought you to this, and how you came to hear about it. Two paragraphs is plenty. It is read by him and by no one else.
What happens next.
Some approaches receive a written reply and nothing further. Some receive the doctrinal statement. Some proceed to a conversation and then to an Audience. Roughly one in four qualified approaches does not receive an Audience.
No follow-up is sent. If a reply is not received within two weeks, the answer is no, and nothing further is required of you.
There is no deadline on any decision. Urgency, in either direction, is a reason to slow down rather than to move.
If a health matter is live — serious illness, a recent bereavement, or an acute crisis in yourself or someone close to you — this is not the right time and an approach will be declined. That is not a judgement about you. It is a judgement about what this work is for, and about what it would be exploitative to sell to someone in that position.
