I was probably averaging like an extra 5 HA week of kind of freelance hourly work. I'm I'm probably up to between 10 and 15 now so like. and honestly, sometimes even more so, like a 2 to 3 times increase in volume on a weekly basis of of freelance work which has been really great, so definitely a positive experience after that first session."
"So I've been able to hit the gym probably 3 to 5 times per week, which is more than I was doing in the fall by a lot. So you know, it's probably going to the gym once or twice a week, and now we're up to 3 to 5 times. So yeah, it's been again, really positive.
